Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Business Development Manager in sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, creating quotations, and making proposals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and MS Excel and MS Word skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing quotations for clients
- Making proposal for clients as per the brief given by the BDM
- Assist & coordinate with sales & logistics team
- Preparing proforma invoices of assigned projects
- Maintaining and keeping record of assigned project related documents
- Coordinate all project activities and communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and take notes.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Good Excel & MS Word skills are required
- Ability to prioritize & organize tasks & work within stiff timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,marketing or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint is needed.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
